How it works…….

1. Set the date

Start by reaching out to us via our website’s contact form, email or phone. Let us know your preferred date, location and the number of guests. We’ll check our availability and reserve the date for your event.

2. Set the menu

Look though our menu page and decide on the style and type of food you would like for your event. The choice is yours, we offer a wide range of options from roving canapés, share style menus, dessert stations and sit down affairs. We will work with you to create a customised menu that reflects your tastes and dietary needs.

3. Enjoy a tasting

Once your menu is set, we will arrange a tasting. This is your opportunity to sample some of the dishes on your menu and make any adjustments to ensure everything is to your liking. Don’t forget about any dietaries and allergies. We are happy to accomodate where needed, your feedback in invaluable.

4. Finalise the details

We want to make your wedding or event as special and as easy as possible. As the date approaches, we’ll confirm all the event details, including the final guest count, setup requirements and timeline. Our final step is a possible site visit to ensure all the behind the scenes taken care of. Our staff will have it running like clock work.

5. Enjoy the day

On the day of your event our staff will be there to cater for you and your guests needs. We arrive, cook, serve, clean up and leave, simple. All you need to do is enjoy your celebration.

Over the past six years he has worked for a wide range of clients across many different areas. Expounding the motto that nothing is impossible he offers a wealth of culinary knowledge across many different disciplines.

From desserts and pastry to special diets, fine dining and beyond. His work is consistent, clean and discrete.
